HIRCUS - Artisan Dairy

We are Hircus, a small artisanal dairy that was born out of a passion for goats and their products.

We are a young couple, Giuseppe and Stefania, who decided to start this project to enhance our area and its products.

Since childhood I have always had a strong connection with the countryside and its animals. In particular, I have always been fascinated by goats, with their courage and curiosity.

With each one I was able to create a special relationship by taking care of them. So I decided to turn my passion into work.

We produce goat cheeses with a unique flavor, expressing the authenticity of our ingredients.

SEMICOTTO - goat cheese - Agribusiness.

Medium to long aged cheese. Its rind is smooth and hard with a straw-yellow color. Characterized by a semi-hard or hard paste. Harmonious in taste with slight spicy notes in the more mature forms.

Technical specifications.

Shapes between 1.5kg and 2kg. Shelf life: 120gg. Storage temperature: +10°/+12°.
Goat’s milk, ferments, rennet, salt.

Uses

When fresh, it can be paired with vegetable salads and dry white wines; progressing with aging, it can be paired with jams, fresh grapes, and full-bodied red wines with intense fragrance

Typical dessert from all over Sardinia. 240gr package with 3 sebadas
