We are Hircus, a small artisanal dairy that was born out of a passion for goats and their products. <\/p>

We are a young couple, Giuseppe and Stefania, who decided to start this project to enhance our area and its products. <\/p>

Since childhood I have always had a strong connection with the countryside and its animals. In particular, I have always been fascinated by goats, with their courage and curiosity. <\/p>

With each one I was able to create a special relationship by taking care of them. So I decided to turn my passion into work. <\/p>

We produce goat cheeses with a unique flavor, expressing the authenticity of our ingredients.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
