Available on ArteRe until June 19, 2025, <\/span>The Secret of the Centenarian Sardinians<\/span><\/i> is a documentary that guides us into the heart of Ogliastra, Sardinia, known to be one of the “blue zones” on the planet, that is, those areas where population longevity reaches extraordinary levels. In just 30 minutes, this reportage reveals some of the aspects that could help explain the high number of centenarians living here, while offering a window into the traditions, lifestyle and deep relationship with the environment of this Sardinian community. <\/span><\/p>

Through interviews and field observations, the documentary explores the key elements that many scholars believe could explain this exceptional longevity.
