We have been operating since 1957 in the production of semi-cooked sheep and goat cheeses, representing the most relevant production reality in the whole area of Ogliastra and for that part of Sarrabus of more immediate gravitation.
St. Anthony’s Cooperative provides quality and serious service by guaranteeing a high quality product. The processing and sale of our products covers a wide area and enables more efficient customer service.
In 2007 our Cooperative obtained the certification of Pecorio Sardo the P.D.O.

Mission and values:
Our cheeses, are born in Tertenia, one of the warmest and sunniest areas of Sardinia. Terteniesi cheeses are still made, as in the past, from sheep’s and goat’s milk from flocks raised in the wild, in unspoiled pastures.
