Our wineries were born in 2017 from the dream of Giovanni Latti, a young winemaker with a passion for wine and a love for the land.
The goal is to produce a natural, traditional red wine of Sardinia that can tell the story of our land, our passion and our flavors.
The winery is located in the Sarcidano subregion and currently produces a single wine named Argia, an IGT red wine made from a selection of indigenous grapes from various vineyards in Lattias.
Lattias Estates are the meeting of past and present, in fact the grapes are processed following traditional working methods but at the same time the most modern winemaking techniques are applied to make the wine.

ARGIA, red wine - 1.50 liters
From our work was born Argia, a natural red wine with an intense and full-bodied taste.
A deep ruby red wine from Sardinia, enhanced by vivid violet hues. It is consistent in mass and endowed with great vivacity.
Cultivation, typical Latin sapling of 30 to 40 cm with 2/3 branches. Non-irrigated soil placed at 500 m above sea level. Pruning, plants are kept to 2 or 3 branches to ensure proper ripeness and grade. Harvest, around the last week of September, done by hand as per tradition.
Careful selection of the bunches of grapes and transfer to boxes. Vinification, grapes harvested over-ripe, destemmed and crushed. Fermentation in red with 15-day maceration of the pomace.

RISERVA - Cannonau di Sardegna DOC - Red wine made from 100% Cannonau grapes
Vigne de’ Luceri’s Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva is the most refined and structured expression of this historic native Sardinian grape variety. Vinified with 100% Cannonau grapes, this wine is distinguished by its elegance and aromatic complexity, the result of careful grape selection and long aging. A wine that embodies the strength and elegance of the Cannonau of Sardinia, perfect for tasting moments and for those who love wines with character, with an authentically Sardinian soul. Alcohol content: 14.00% Vol. Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C.
Technical specifications.
Intense ruby red with typical garnet highlights, a sign of evolution and refinement. Ample and enveloping bouquet, with clear notes of sour cherries and plums, enriched by elegant spicy hints of vanilla and licorice, giving depth and complexity. In the mouth it is soft and harmonious, with an excellent balance between freshness, alcoholic warmth and a well-defined tannic texture. The noble, silky and persistent tannins give a long taste persistence, with a pleasantly spicy and fruity finish.
Uses
Wine with great structure and complexity, ideal for accompanying richly flavored dishes. Perfect with: 1) Matured and semi-matured cheeses, which enhance its persistence and aromatic complexity: 2) Roast meats, especially Sardinian suckling pig, roast lamb or braised meats, which find a perfect balance in the body of the wine: 3) Savory first courses, such as malloreddus with wild boar ragout or culurgiones butter and sage, for a typical pairing in Sardinian tradition.

PERTIASSU - Red Wine - I.G.T. Isola dei Nuraghi
An expressive and harmonious red wine that comes from the meeting of Cannonau and Malvasia Nera, two grape varieties that enhance the character of the island territory. A wine that tells the soul of Sardinia with its intense and refined character.
Technical specifications.
Intense ruby red color with purple highlights, it is distinguished by a rich and elegant aromatic bouquet, with clear notes of sour cherries and berries. The palate is soft and rightly balanced, with a pleasant persistence given by the noble tannins, which give structure and depth. Alcohol content: 13.00 – 13.50% vol. Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C.
