LARA BEER - craft agricultural beer

From Passion and Tradition comes Lara Artisan Agricultural Beer in Sardinia.

Gianni and Francesca, a pair of entrepreneurs, inspired by an ancient family farming tradition, and passionate about craft beer, began studying its production processes in 1999.

Motivated by strong ties to the land and their great passion for the art of brewing, they plan to use raw materials grown in their own fields, processing 80 percent of the base barley to be malted by using it to create their beers.

Drinking a Lara Beer means choosing a high-quality, raw, whole, unfiltered and unpasteurized beer.

Lara Beer is a beer brewed in the Flemish tradition, revisited by the master brewer according to personal taste, also giving a touch of “terroir” with the use of products related to its territory.

The specific personality and creativity of brewer Gianni Piroddi shines through in the products he has designed of the classic line, while the input of Francesca Lara, also a brewer but with all-female whimsy, is evident in the production of four wheat beers, each with different characteristics and unique personalities and tastes.

In each satisfying drink, you savor the complexity and simplicity of a few ingredients that, expertly combined, create a unique, oldest, most beloved beverage.
